The law firm is headed by lawyer Josefina Ferro, who graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Cuyo. She practices private defense in criminal cases for crimes under provincial or federal jurisdiction. She specializes in cybercrime and adversarial criminal litigation.

• Currently, she is responsible for the Criminal Law Commission of the Bar Association, 1st District of the province of Mendoza.
• Assigned to the Chair of Criminal Procedure Law at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Cuyo.
• Scholar of the Master's Degree in Criminal Law at the National University of Cuyo.
• Semifinalist of the cybercrime contest of the “Observatory of Cybercrime and Digital Evidence in Criminal Investigations” (OCEDIC) of the Austral University, with his research work on cyberfraud using cryptoactives.
• Founding member of the first “Criminal Litigation Club” in the province of Mendoza at the Faculty of Law of the National University Cuyo.
• Teacher and evaluator of the National University Competencies in Criminal Litigation.
